Role Summary

The Residential Property Manager oversees the day to day operations of the certain high-rise properties within the residential portfolio at Old Oak. Focus will be on maintaining and increasing the value of assets and providing the best possible product offering and customer experience. A proactive approach to management is key, as is fostering a positive team-oriented work environment, to ensure a high level of customer and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee accounts receivable for allocated sites

Supervise and support the administrative and building operation teams with a collaborative approach to ensure effectiveness, engagement and open communication

Hire, train and develop administrative and building management team members

Working with the administrative team, prepare verbal and written communication to residents to address operational issues, memorandums, cyclical activities

Accounts Payable – verify and approve invoices related to the residential properties

Regular property tours and inspections to ensure each building is inline with the Old Oak standard.

Ensure property services are delivered with the highest level of care

Work closely with Maintenance Operations Manager to ensure all physical components of sites are maintained

Working closely with the maintenance team to ensure best possible residential experience

Working closely with the administrative and paralegal team to prepare and approve RTA forms surrounding operational issues (ex. N5, N7)

Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors and professionals servicing the property

Establish and maintain excellent customer relations with residents

Suggest recommendations for improvements to product, buildings, and offerings, committing to Old Oaks Growth Mindset.

Qualifications

Five (5) years experience as a property manager, with three (3) years experience in residential property management

Strong hands on supervisory and performance management experience

Applicants with industry designation(s) ie, CPM, RPA, ARM, ACoM will be preferred, although not required

Superior oral and written communication skills

Exceptional organizational, inter-personnel and follow up skills

Strong computer skills, Word, Excel, Yardi, Outlook

Ability to remain confident and remain calm in stressful situations

Vehicle required to travel to various sites within West London

Police clearance check
