A New Year, a New You!
Have you been following through on your New Year’s resolutions to get in shape? It can be difficult to follow through on your resolutions without a plan! All too often, we make New Year’s resolutions, stick to them for a month, don’t see results, and quit. It’s what usually happens every January and the reason most gyms are back to their usual crowd by mid-March.
It’s suggested to set definitive goals, or several. Start by making sure you hit the gym, for example, 3 days a week. Depending on where you’re starting from, you may need to change your diet, sleep schedule, and other lifestyle habits in order to reach these goals, but you’ll need a plan in place.
