Old Oak Properties

About Us

Who we are

A History of Building Character

Since 1955, Old Oak has been designing and delivering London’s most coveted high-rise homes, filled with innovative features and decadent details that are so rarely a rental reality. As a third generation family owned and operated business, we know that quality and care always come full circle.

Our Values

  • We demonstrate integrity in everything we do
  • We keep our people, our customers and our community as our priority
  • We are a company where people want to be

Community Conscious

Sustainability, diversity, and thoughtful design have always been important to us, and going the extra mile comes with the territory. Going hand in hand with these beliefs is a sense of care and patronage for the environment, where Old Oak takes a leadership role. We’ve become the Oak Tree Sponsor for Reforest London, planting a tree in honour of every resident that moves into our properties — just another way we stay truly rooted in the community that surrounds us.

Grow With You

We have never been, nor will we ever be, ones to sit on our hands and wait. We are continuously looking at ways to improve the lives of our neighbours and community. So, we ask one thing of you. Tell us what we can do to make your “Old Oak Experience” the best it can be.

Paying it forward by giving back.

By donating our time, energy, resources and talent to the city with which we feel a deep connection, we’re able to express our gratitude for all it has given us. We pay it forward by helping these and other worthwhile causes.
